#Lakefest

Baked Veggie Crisps

My oven baked veggie crisps have only the merest coating of olive or rapeseed oil and a weeny pinch of salt so are naturally so much better for you than the bought deep fried packets. My kids devoured them in about two minutes flat which says it all really. Result.
