I was mightily chuffed with this dinner as it was a major first in the Foti household. Frannie actually ate pasta with cheese sauce! Weird that she’s never liked it but combined with cauli and broccoli and a crispy breadcrumb topping she finally devoured it. Result!

We recently made this soup with veggies left over from an ‘action’ photoshoot. Shame to waste them and they regenerated into one deliciously flavoursome soup which the kids and I loved equally! Result.
I’ve been on a bit of a mission lately to test out a few healthier snacks recipes. What’s great about homemade oven baked veggie or fruit crisps is you get to have a total handle on the amount of sugar, salt or fat going in there. And they’re really not as fiddly as you may think!
