With all this fabulously hot weather we’re enjoying it seemed most fitting that I post a barbie recipe or two. Food on sticks never ceases to impress The Monsters, nor most peeps for that matter. Today I have for you a complete dinner on a stick, bangers, spuds and veggies!
Entitled ‘easy peasy’ but in truth most soda breads by their very nature are a bit of a cinch. Unlike yeasted breads there’s no proving time and virtually no kneading required, so a simple loaf can be knocked up in under five minutes flat and thrown in the oven to do all the hard work…..
