Just in case you didn’t hearing the whooping I’ve been in the local press a couple of times lately.
I’m in the December edition of Absolute
And my first two recipes have appeared in Herefordshire Life, Pork Medallions in an Apple & Cider Sauce and a Celeriac Dauphinoise. They’re part of a series of seasonal and local recipes I’m most excited to be contributing to the magazine.
